The Gift (meanwhile those who compute the weather should breathe of it freely) is 2 year project in which various weather sensitive systems and objects are gifted to Cool Change Contemporary.

The project grapples with the radical interconnectedness of things and ourselves, implied by global computation, networks of sensing, and global warming. Works in this series act as nodes where entanglements of these areas are visible and strange. The works focus as much on poetry and feeling as the history of computation and weather measurement. The hope being that by presenting these objects, we may reassess or rethink our connection in the world.
